HR Admin and PA Duties

Job Purpose

 

Energise Energy Solutions has seen rapid and continued growth since its formation in 2018 and is looking for an enthusiastic HR Admin and PA Duties to join the team. They will provide first-rate administrative support to the Company’s Operations Directors. The successful candidate must have excellent knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages and be a great communicator with a high level of attention to detail.

 

Duties

 

  • Experience working in a HR administrative role within a busy multi-site business
  • An understanding of current UK employment legislation, HR polices and best practice
  • Process new starters/leavers/transfers
  • Responsible for general induction arrangements and materials
  • Accurately producing, quality and distributing HR related letters and documents
  • Provide administration and note-taking support for a range of issues such as investigations, disciplinaries, grievances, performance, wellbeing/attendance
  • Attending meetings and taking minutes/notes
  • General day to day administration using our HR systems
  • Collation of management information
  • Collation of data for our internal payroll
  • Extensive calendar and diary management on behalf of the Company Directors
  • Answering and directing telephone calls
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support
  • Liaise with clients and colleagues
  • Greet visitors and clients, signing them in and out of the premises
  • Attend meetings for note taking purposes, ensuring all actions are accurately recorded
  • Arrange offsite meetings at appropriate locations, including arranging any catering requirements  
  • Book travel and accommodation
  • General office management tasks as required

Role Requirements

 

  • Able to work successfully and contribute in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • A team player who works well with others whilst also being confident to tackle tasks independently
  • A proven track record of paying close attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to communicate effectively to stakeholders of all levels across the business
  • A competent Microsoft Office user including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
  • Previous office administration experience
